How can I change the Reply information for a single email?

If you don't want to change the email address associated with your account (by going to My Account > Edit Account Info (small gear)) so that all your emails come from a new email address, you'll want to do the following:
  • Create a new email or edit an existing email (the process is the same for creating/editing 1-Click emails and for Campaign emails).
  • In that email, locate the Reply Address dropdown and change this from Me (which uses the information in My Account) and change this to Custom.
  • Here, you'll find 2 new fields appear: Reply Name & Reply Email.
  • Change these fields to the appropriate name and/or email address to be associated with this email.
