How do I set a default email template?

If you haven't elected a default email template, the default template is very simple with a grey body border and a white body background. You'll find your company name, your name, phone number, email and website information on the right.

You can select a default template by going to Marketing > Email Themes.
  • Find a theme you like, hover over the template and select 'Click to make default' (you can also click 'Click to preview theme').
  • You can also click the gear to the top right of the email and click Edit to make adjustments to the particular template.
You can also create your own email template by navigating to Marketing > Email Themes.
  • Click 'Add New Theme' at the top right.
  • Design the email template using tables, headers, images, links, etc. to design your own custom email template.
  • Once you've clicked 'Save Email Theme,' you can them make it default by hovering over the template and selecting 'Click to make default.'
