What are tags and how can I use them?

To get to tags, navigate to Leads > Lead Customization > Tags or click this link. Use Tags to further distinguish your leads among one another. You can use tags along with categories to sort your leads into different lists to sent 1-click emails and assign to campaigns.

Apply tags to identify things like:
  • Where they are in sales funnel.
  • Certain activities they have or haven’t performed.
  • Products and services they've used or are interested in.
  • Leads that you engage with frequently on social media.
  • Leads that have expressed high interest in your company .
  • Promotors of your organization.
  • Hot leads and cold leads (or those with high scores vs low scores).
  • or anything else you need.
