What happens if my credit card gets declined?
If your credit card gets declined, we will attempt to process the payment again in 10 days. At this point your account is suspended.

If again your card gets declined, your account will remain suspended and we will attempt to process payment again in 10 days.

We will attempt to process payment once more, after 10 days. If at this time your payment still does not clear, it is considered past due.

Your account will remain suspended and past due until you decide to pay the missed fees to make the account current or to cancel. Each month you are suspended, a charge will be noted on the account, however we will not attempt to process payment for a past-due account. In order to get your account current, you will need to pay for each month that your account was suspended. If your account is past due and you would like to speak with someone about getting it current again, please contact us by emailing support@leadoutcome.com.
