Adding a Lead Category
Using categories helps save you time by categorizing your leads based your pre-determined criteria. While we include a handful of default categories for your use, you can include as many categories as you’d like to group your contacts how you see fit.
 
Use lead categories to organize your leads, such as:
  • Products and services that you offer
  • Geographical regions
  • Steps of your sales funnel
  • Source of leads
We automatically include a handful of default categories you can use to apply to your leads, or you can create your own.

To get to categories, click on Leads > Lead Customization > Categories, then click Add Lead Category to add your own categories.

Give your category a name and a description, then click save.
Repeat to continue adding your own categories.
