Creating Tags
Use Tags to further distinguish one lead from another, such as where they are in sales funnel, certain activities they have or haven’t performed, or anything else you need.

Get here by going to Leads > Lead Customization > Tags.
  • Find your existing tags if you’ve already created some (e.g. current customer and potential customer).
  • To add a new tag, click Add new tag > enter a name > enter a description for the tag > then click Save tag.
  • You can then use tags to filter leads & apply certain actions, such as sending all leads with the tag of ‘current customer’ a 1-click email thanking them for their business and sending them a coupon.
