Image & Doc Library

This is the place to store all of your company's assets such as logos, invoices, whitepapers, or anything else you want to store in here.

Store items in the library for quick access to add assets to thank you pages, Landing Pages or emails.

  • To get there, go to Marketing > Image & Doc Library.
  • On the left, you'll find folders. To add subfolder, right click > new subfolder. Give it a name and click OK.
  • Add as many subfolders you'd like. You can also add subfolders to subfolders, and delete & rename as you wish.

HOW TO UPLOAD FILES

UPLOADING FILES DIRECTLY INTO THE LIBRARY
  • Navigate to Marketing > Image & Doc Library.
  • Find the folder you want to upload your asset to and select it.
  • Click the ‘Upload’ icon and find your item.
  • Select the item and choose Open.

Your asset now exists in the location you selected. To move it, simply drag the item to the new location you wish for it to exist in and choose Copy Here (to exist in both locations) or Move Here (to permanently move locations).
 
UPLOADING IMAGES FROM WITHIN AN EMAIL OR LANDING PAGE

If you’re in an email or in a landing page:
  • Click the camera icon.
  • By URL, click Browse Server.
  • Select the folder you want the image to appear in.
  • Click the ‘Upload’ icon and find your item.
  • Select the item and choose Open.

Your asset now exists in the location you selected. To move it, simply drag the item to the new location you wish for it to exist in and choose Copy Here (to exist in both locations) or Move Here (to permanently move locations).
 
  • Right click > select > you can
    • view: view the document. If it is not a pdf or image, it will attempt to download to your computer.
    • download: directly download this asset back to your computer.
    • rename: to change the name of the document.
    • delete: to remove files from your library.
  • To delete folder, do the same action: right click > delete. You cannot delete parent folders but can delete subfolders.
  • To move a document, drag file to the new location. Choose 'copy' to have the file exist in both locations or 'move' to move the folder it lives in.
  • Manage Library Settings to change display settings and sorting options. Changes save automatically. Click close.
  • See it in action by creating an email or landing page. In the body, click camera icon > browse server > select file to add (double click) > ok. Inserted in email or landing page body.


HOW TO CREATE FOLDERS

If you’re in an email or in a landing page:
Click the camera icon.
By URL, click Browse Server.
Right-click on an existing folder and click New Subfolder.
Name the folder and click OK. You now have a new subfolder. 

If you’re in the Image & Doc Library:
Right-click on an existing folder and click New Subfolder.
Name the folder and click OK. You now have a new subfolder.
